Dr. (Mrs) BlesssingNnenna Otubelu (CLN) is a Librarian at Nnamdi Azikiwe University,Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. She is presently the Faculty Librarian at the Faculty of Physical Sciences Library. She also doubles as a Meta data specialist working in the cataloguing unit of the Main Library. She has over 15 years of professional practice of managing Information services to both students and Faculty at the Ebonyi State University and presently Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She was awarded the best Faculty Librarian in Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki in August, 2019. She obtained a PhD in Library and Information Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University,Awka and a B.Sc. in Library Science from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Nigeria. Her research interest covers Library management, Information Literacy, I.C.T application/deployment in library, Knowledge management. She has published in both local and International peer-reviewed Journals. Dr. Blessing Otubelu belongs to several reputable professional Associations among which are the Nigeria Library Association, where she is currently the financial secretary of Ebonyi State Chapter, Teachers Registration Council, LRCN. She is happily married with children.
