Offor Chimezie Cecilia (Mrs) is a Librarian at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. She is an experienced cataloguer, working in the cataloguing unit of the University Main Library. She obtained both her Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Library and Information Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and is currently running her PhD programme in the same institution. Her research interest areas include health information, application of information communication technology to library services, information literacy, and improvement in reading culture. She has published in both local and international journals. She is happily married.
